Application review

Step 1. Analysis of the candidate’s professional experience and compliance with the company’s expectations for a given position.


Step 2.

If you have been qualified for the second stage, we will call you to learn more about your experience and arrange an interview at the company’s office, or on-line.

Recruitment meeting

Step 3. At the meeting, we will talk about work in a given position, knowledge of the issues expected in the position for which you have applied, we will answer all questions and doubts of the candidate.

Decision to select a candidate

Step 4. After a successful selection process, the candidate will have an opportunity to confirm the details, and terms of his/her employment. We will also inform the remaining candidates that the recruitment process has been closed.
